"Das Hotel sollte Expedia aus dem Programm nehmen. Das Zimmer war schmutzig, verstaubt. Das Bad riecht übel. Kein warmes Wasser. Das fenster im Bad liess sich nicht schließen, dadurch besteht die Gefahr dass Mosquitos ungehindert eindringen und das in den Tropen. Im Flur liegen tote Insekten, Kakerlaken. Insgesamt ist das gesamte hotel schmutzig und heruntergekommen auch wenn sich das Personal bemüht. "

"We stayed a night on our ‘honeymoon tour’ of Sri Lanka and it was really amazing! The hotel is beautiful and the view incredible! The food was delicious and the staff were so kind and attentive. It was just the taste of luxury we were hoping for! We did a couples spa treatment - think it’ll be hard to ever beat that experience, a stunning view and beautiful bird song / nature sounds whilst having a heavenly massage! We’ll always have such lovely memories of our stay. "

"The worst hotel in the entire universe..toilet smelling..gave used soap wrapped in tissue, no fridge, no vanity, broken shower head, to go to toilet, have to cross wet shower floor, flies sitting all over breakfast food, no tissue, no face towel, no hand towel, reception did not talk, did not provide any information, asked bell boy about dinner, he said buffe, but when went to restaurant, no buffe..only fried rice and pasture..had to abandon the restaurant and went for dinner in the town. "While the location was good, the hotel was a huge disappointment and the room looked nothing like the photos..the bed had 2 small, old and flat pillows. The sheets were poor quality and pilled. No cover other than the top sheet and nor surface to even put my toothbrush down on in the bathroom.,plus the toilet was loose and moved when you sat down.
