"Ok this hotel is rated 5 star for a reason. I highly recommend it for its quality, the walkable shopping and dining areas, the staff who are amazing, the interior and cleanliness. I have upgraded to the club lounge access and I absolutely love its perks. The spa and gym and pool are amazing. I am currently here right now and am booked a total of 9 glorious days. So many things to do and the restaurants here are great. If you’re craving a midnight snack or meal they have a great room service option for that too. Whether you are here for business, family or solo self care time I guarantee you will enjoy your stay."

"Always enjoyed a stay at the Shangri-La in Makati. Good for staycations with inclusive amenities but on-property shopping is currently under development. However, Greenbelt and Glorietta shopping complexes are close by, but are some distance away and require full exit from the property to access additional shopping and dining options. "

"The staff are all friendly, respectful and efficient. Our room was clean and was stocked with water. Our first night's room was toward the main street. It was noisy with heavy traffic. I requested an inside room and we were transferred to an inside room. This room was quite but has no view(it's a good trade for the noise)"

"The walkway to the airport, it is so convenient, staff are helpful, close to shopping w/c I really like. The only thing I hate is the smell when you enter the hotel, I dont know it's like garbage or drainage. I hope you could do something about it."
