"My wife and I enjoyed at our stay at Hilton Waikoloa Village Ocean Tower. The staff including the valet were very attentive and always timely, even when it was very busy. The housekeeping services were good. Our room was comfortable, slightly outdated, but overall no complaints. The bed was comfortable, we enjoyed the beautiful ocean view from our room and it was adequately clean and it passed our standards for cleanliness (which are pretty high as we pay attention to detail). We appreciated that they had extra firm pillows available upon request as not all hotels offer different kinds of pillows. The hotel is huge, it is like a small town/village in itself. We appreciated the tram that ran inside the hotel as the walk from Ocean Tower to the main lobby/valet is long. They have restaurants, swimming in ocean water on a hotel-made beach that connects to the ocean where we were able to swim. They also have several pools and the water slides were fun. We went snorkling in the water and saw a sea turtle and several exotic fish. They offer several water toys (surf boards, paddle boats etc) that are included in your stay if you want to use them. They also offer swimming with dolphins, which we did not do that experience (additional cost) but you can watch the dolphins swim and enjoy seeing them even if you don't sign up for the swimming with dolphins experience. The air conditioning in the room was fabulous as my husband and I are picky about temperature control. "

"The resort was in a great location. Just a short drive to town and many fun beaches. The unit we stayed in was perfect for our family of 6. The kids enjoyed the pools. There were good restaurants nearby! Would definitely recommend staying here!"
