"I’ve always loved coming to Root 42 for lunch/dinner, the atmosphere and the vibe is just super relaxing. This time my property was booked on island so I chose to stay at Flamboyan and I absolutely loved my stay! Super spacious room, very comfortable, large shower. I’m also a cat person and loved all the kitties around! I’ll definitely be back when my condo is booked! Thank you Flamboyan! Staff was super nice and friendly too ❤️"

"We loved our two-room partial ocean-view villa. Clean, quiet and not too far from the pool. We enjoyed the food at the restaurant by the pool, Jermaine at the bar was a pleasure to chat with and he even got to know our favorite drinks. We enjoyed the property overall, but I wished I knew it was a timeshare property. "Excellent! I traveled with my two teens and it was a perfect spot. Easy walk into Cruz Bay for dinner and shopping. Great staff. We rented our jeep from Gallows Point as well and it was easy! Wonderful vacation! Would highly recommend GP to anyone heading to STJ. "

"This villa resort is in the luxury class of properties. It consists of six luxury villas which all have spectacular views of the Caribbean Sea and the islands of the British Virgin islands. These units sit on top of a mountain called Picture Point. The property is well maintained and each unit comes with all the amenities that you would need, including a washer and dryer. The infinity pool and hot tub are wonderful. If you want class and luxury this is the place to rent."

The hill is steep and a workout; but, the views at the condo are well worth it. Also, taxis are plentiful near the ferry dock. Delano, with the property management company, was fantastic and really helpful."

"Beautiful, high end condo-like suite with full kitchen and laundry. Beds were comfortable and it was very upscale homey."

"This property was a nice safe place for family of 4. It was in a more residential neighborhood. A car is a must if you are going to stay here as it's a ways from beaches and night life. There is one bar/restaurant that is walkable and was great for breakfast and drinks. It does include washer and dryer but no laundry detergent and minimal toiletries/towels. Some touches such as laundry detergent, beach chairs that you could take to beaches, and some toiletries would make it 5 stars. "
