"I do not want to give rating on the specifics because the facility was under renovation when we stayed there. It seems like it will be a perfect spot for parents or friends visiting students at the college. Rooms were small but perfect for a single or a couple with a Queen bed, a small desk, closet space and a good sized bathroom. Neat and clean with courteous and attentive staff. "

"Extremely clean and neat. Very quiet once inside the unit. The ONLY issue we had at all was parking. We were not comfortable parking side of the back street it’s on in the rear of building where you enter the property. We found used needles right outside the back gate, where you enter and exit the property. Otherwise, the place is so cute and just perfect. Our stay was comfy and so was the bed. The only thing that could make it better was to have private parking. "
