"A lovely hotel in a pretty great spot for walking through the great city of Fukuoka. You can easily follow the canal down to the Canal City shopping center or head in the opposite direction for more shopping. Convenient to subway to get to other parts of Fukuoka (such as to Maizuru and Ohori parks), as well as to eating and convenience stores. Even the central post office is just a couple of blocks away. The rooms are excellent, with huge windows and lovely views, and do well to enhance the feeling of spaciousness in an efficient area. As a family of 3 with large luggage, we felt very comfortable during our stay. The TV allows you to easily log into streaming services such as Netflix and YouTube. There is a very nice Bluetooth JBL speaker in the room, as well, but with one in every room and no clear label, it was impossible to identify which to connect to. The onsen is small but well kept and more than adequate. The 2 bars and outdoor terrace/patio are relaxing and never overcrowded. The one minor complaint is that guests can be heard at night in the hallways, especially younger children or adults speaking loudly. It would be nice if the soundproofing was a tad better. But it wasn't terribly bothersome. The only minor complaint"

"This hotel is super good and nice, the staffs are super nice and the equipment are clean and organized. The location is great as it is only a 5 min walk to the hakata station and other subway station, also close to the canal city mall and the location is surrounded by restaurants. We traveled as a family with a small children of 2 years old, hotel was able to arrange a step stool for him during the stay in addition to the kid amenities. There was an accident happened during our stay, the staff act quick and helped us arrange an ambulance to the emergency room. We eventually had to extended 2 more nights for weekend but the hotel is fully booked when we tried to look online, the front desk staff was helpful and did a little magic to let us extend our stay without changing to another room, he even helped us to cancelled the hotel we originally booked with which is on another town. We would definitely stay in this hotel for our next visit to Fukuoka as well as recommend to our friends."

"Stayed for 6 nights. Room was slightly larger than average, able to fit 2 medium sized luggage. Window is able to open to allow fresh air, and air-conditioning was powerful due to it's a personal unit (not centralised). Plus was in room washer & dryer unit and microwave. Downside is: - Beside train track - South side of JR Hakata Stn., quiet neighbourhood with nothing much around hotel. Highly recommended. Will be back again. "

"This hotel was relatively new with rooms that were larger by Japanese standards. We all had comfortable stay in clean rooms. The staff members were super. They were polite, professional and friendly. The location was unbeatable, right in front of Hakata Station. As such, there were plenty of shops and eateries. "

"The staff is so nice and helpful. Helped me to carry all the items to lobby and communicate to the taxi driver. They give a bag of clean towels on the non-cleaning day. The view is fantastic that you can see the city and sea. Close to the main shopping centres and public transport "

"Great place to stay. Pretty much in middle of everything just like Hakata with everything within a reasonable walking distance. Good service, clean rooms, also had a washer/dryer unit in the room. Would stay here again."
