TERRIBLE STREET WITH HOMELESS PEOPLE COOKING ON THE STREET. Fithy lanes. . I refused and checked in at the Taj hotel at 13 midnight. We waited 1 hour for our reservation in the lobby for rooms . Never again .please boycott and delist this hotel company for misleading out of town guests."

"Even after booking property on Expedia, demanded booking money on arrival stating that Expedia did not pay money to them - I have done 100s of booking from Expedia and I never faced a situation like this before. We were ready to pay as initially the receptionist said 1800INR and later simply raised it to 3500INR This hotel is pure cheat and I highly do not recommend staying at this hotel "

"DO NOT STAY at this hotel. This is the worst hotel I have ever like in. It is on a very busy road so the noise from the traffic is deafening. It is also next to a mosque so you get early morning wake up calls. The hotel itself is very badly managed. The staff and managers are extremely rude. Some of the rooms have no windows and feels like a jail. The bedding was very dirty and they wouldn’t change it even asking numerous times. It truely is a tremble place to stay. Never again!"

"Zero cleanliness. Bed sheet, pillow covers even blinds was so dirty and full of stains. Bathroom did not have tissue paper, had to request them. The bucket and jug were so dirty. Hair clogging the bathroom. Room had foul smell. "

EXCELLENT STAY AT THIS HOTEL IN CHENNAI

"Everything was great during our stay, hotel is in a very good location, it is a very nice clean property, staff service was great. One of the staff Rehana went out of her way and helped us with renewing our phone sim package using an app on her phone, our special thanks to her We enjoyed our style greatly and would have never hesitation in staying at this hotel again. Check in was efficient though not particularly warm or welcoming. Taj group needs to consider installing larger screen TV as the current TV size is rather small. Need to install soap dispensers rather than using soap tablets which would be cheaper in the long term and much more hygienic. "
