"We were driving from Bordeaux to Frankfurt and chose this hotel from Expedia’s site on a Friday because it had onsite parking and a restaurant. After checking in the receptionist told us (a) the hotel’s parking area was not safe so we should not leave any bags in the car and (b) the restaurant was closed Friday, Saturday and Sunday ! We couldn’t get a refund but we found another hotel a few kms away with a secure parking lot and two restaurants, so we relocated. "

"We arrived at 16:15 after a 7 hour journey to find the entrance door locked and no lights seen inside and no sign of anyone about. We waited about 15 minutes then decided we needed to go elsewhere to stay and rest. The hotel sent me a text message in the evening asking me to contact them for information on Registration !!!!
