"Overall great. I rated cleanliness a 4 as there was hair in our bathroom behind the door and under sink where it had not been swept. Otherwise everything else was great. Would like to have had a microwave available in the room for leftovers. Every one was friendly "

"Christmas was in the air at the Drake! Valet parking was simple with unlimited in and out privileges for $75 a day. Everyone from valets to doormen to checkin staff was super friendly. Lots of room service options. Beautiful Executive Suite! Amazing views of Lake Michigan on 4th floor. Very walkable to part of Michigan Avenue. Loved the free bottles water. The flower/gift shop was adorable! Overall great stay! Will have to do tea at the Palm Court next time! "
