"Location was excellent and right next to the city center and train station. Staff was friendly and helpful. Construction was ongoing and right outside our bedroom window with construction starting at 7;00am. It was impossible to sleep with the early morning drilling. Otherwise, the room was adequately stocked and nightly turndown service was appreciated. "

We were standing outside the property with my family of three with 13 year old kid there was a door bell the lady did not let us in. I have to call Hotels.com and agent Was on phone with me for one and half our to convince her that booking is correct and finally she was satisfied . She tried to let us (buzz in) apparently they don’t have full time staff in and door...
