Great room - hotel a bit too busy
Overall a pleasant stay. Location was good - about 1 km from the old city centre in Lüneburg and with a nice park area just outside the hotel. Our room (suite) was very nice and spacious. It was located at the far end of the corridor which may explain the very poor WiFi - we never managed to get a connection. Hotel seemed a bit too busy/crowded. Long line at check-in - long waits for elevators - crowded breakfast restaurant - etc. Staff was friendly, though. And then I missed an electric kettle or other ways to make a cup of coffee in the room. Do german hotels not have that?

Es ist ungewöhnlich und auch befremdlich, dass man beim Check in besonders erwähnen muss, dass man Zimmer Service wünscht. ( Zimmerservice aus Nachhaltigkeit nicht mehr selbstverständlich und Preis dennoch unverändert) Vor allem, dass man das Thema selbst anschneidet ( Tipp von außerhalb) und die Rezeption den Gast nicht darauf anspricht.

Als erstes das Frühstück ist sehr gut und es gibt richtig viel Auswahl. Leider sind die Zimmer in sehr abgewohnten Zustand. Die Schranktüren gehen nicht ohne scheuern auf und zu. Das Badezimmer extrem klein aber ok. Leider ist das Hotel sehr hellhörig, und unsere Zimmernachbarn sehr laut. Die Freundlichkeit der Mitarbeiter ist positiv zu erwähnen. Liebe Grüße

Ingen kaffe på værelset
Fint hotel med god central beliggenhed. Vi havde booket et meget stort værelse med balkon og her var også fine siddemuligheder, men ikke mulighed for at lave en kop kaffe eller en kop the - eller tage et glas vin fra minibaren med ud på balkonen. Ærgerligt at man ikke har prioriteret disse dele, som ville have gjort fyldest på et meget stort værelse. Når man alligevel skal ud i byen for at få en kop kaffe eller et glas vin kan man ligeså godt vælge et mindre værelse
