"The room was very clean, however the rooms are located in a very local shopping mall with lots of loitering outside, very noisy, no windows so felt claustrophobic. The outside was dirty , crowded and noisy I did not feel safe enough to stay there so I left."

"Spacious condo and perfect location on the amazing 7 mile beach with a nice large private balcony. Bed was very comfortable. Would have been nice to have better water pressure in the shower and a curtain on the bathroom window. Staff is wonderful and ocean front restaurant was good. "

"Love the safety aspect, our recommend driver Miss Marlene 👍 was the best, Andrew was always responsive whenever we need anything. We felt right at home. Mom loved watching African Movies on YouTube, wifi worked great, would definitely book the place again "

"This was an excellent experience. The staff was super friendly, the pool was clean and beautiful, the beach was amazing and the views from the rooms were remarkable. Andre at the front desk was very helpful and Ricardo was the best waiter!! Food was excellent. My only complaint was that drinks offered for beach service were limited. You can get anything you want at the bar by the pool, but not on the beach. Highly recommend Jamaica in general and SHotel. Wonderful place. "

"False advertisement of number of restaurants included for family side (extra fee pp for restaurants on adults side), room service fee even when kitchen was closed at sports bar (no other food option at this time late night).
