"It was alright. Very noisy, constant tour groups and chaotic breakfast area. Should have signs to noise level down. They like to shout in the corridor. Lifts take ages when there are lots of people staying, as lifts are slow. Dining staff and great. Recepionists alright. Some more helpful than others. Balcony not worth calling balcony"

Only issues were with other guests (letting their doors slam constantly, crowding in the buffet and lobby, smoking off their balconies when they shouldn't be, etc.). I also wish the TV wouldn't automatically turn on and play the same welcome music every time we came back to the room. "

"Stayed here for 7 nights. Staff were wonderful. Accommodated our request for a room change graciously on the first arrival. Always friendly. Vi in the dining room welcomed us each day. Breakfast had a good selection. Room was very clean. Can sign out towels for the beach which was only a block away. Nha Trang is a busy tourist spot and we were grateful to be able to rest at the hotel. Great deal for this price."
