"Let’s start by saying that it’s a nice place. Recently remodeled little farm house on the edge of Belle Vista. But that is about where it stops. When you turn on the tap water, be prepared for a very strong odor of sulphur/crude. It’s awful. I noticed in our “welcome” email it said it had been remedied. It has not. "Such a nice place tucked away near downtown Rodgers. Anything you need within 1 mile to either walk or drive. Dedicated parking space provided, wonderful hosts, and if you want to do some Mtn biking check out the free 2 hour Demo Rides on e-bikes or regular Mtn bikes at YT Bikes in Bentonville (Young & Talented). And you can have a free beer or soda at the bike shop after your ride —> pretty sweet set up. "

"Older building with older designs and furnishings. Very interesting layout. Looks like they made the rental on the front side of a bigger building as an afterthought. The master bedroom has a shower built right into the room and a cubby hole with a pull curtain for the commode. There is no range or stove, just a microwave, in the tiny kitchen.
