"Unless you were just looking for a place to sleep, do not book this hotel. It is old, dated, rundown, and not very clean. The front desk clerk is downright rude. Its location is good. But that is the only thing to recommend about it. The housekeeping staff appreciates tips and cleaned our room well after leaving 50 pesos."

"We had a flat tire in a very remote location and were desperate to make it into the city. The ladies at the front desk could not have been more helpful and accommodating. We were allowed into a room early without a reservation- I literally cried. Everything was comfortable and clean. Although we had not planned on staying in Saltillo - I could think of a better more friendly helpful destination. "

"We were in Saltillo for a family funeral, at the time I booked it for it’s convenient location. We had no idea it was such a nice place til we arrived, at midnight. Really really attractive property and even though we only spent the night and left right after breakfast, I could see it was well maintained. Staff was friendly, breakfast was great. I’d stay there again for sure. "

"Stunning view! Amazing location. It’s not clear where the location is so you need to communicate with the property. You need a 4x4 to drive to the location. The accommodation was great. Clean we loved it. Except no hot water… Amazing stay!!! We highly recommend this stay which is an incredible experience!! We loved it."
