"Stayed here while visiting family for the holidays. Super close to the freeway, great location to downtown Los Gatos. I walked to town with no problem. Hotel is good. Great bedding, daily room service cleaning when requested, we did have interesting. Text messages from the hotel Telling us that the water would be turned off and that they would also be coming in to do things in our room. The grammar for the messages sent out was poor and made things seem less professional. Other than that, it was...
