The fact a hotel in LA doesn’t have free wifi and you have to pay for it is the biggest scummy stuff a corporation could pull off. Expedia charged me extra for the breakfast and the hotel refused to acknowledge it and said “they will make an exception this time.” Otherwise, very pleasant and staff was super friendly. Corporate needs to get a grip on themselves.

Worst experience at a hotel ever. First off… 9pm, right before bed, someone entered my bedroom. As a solo female traveller this was absolutely terrifying. I couldn’t sleep all night and had to have an emergency number on speed dial. Next. $53/USD per day for parking. I have never stayed anywhere ever that costed that much for parking and it was not very clearly stated when purchasing a room here. On top of that, it was almost impossible to find a parking spot. The value of the hotel was very poor for what I expected for what I paid. The food was extremely expensive (even just a sandwich from the snack bar) The hot tub was the worst hot tub. Never have I seen jets that shot right up out of the water. Very not relaxing, splashing water all over the place. Not only that but the pool is surrounded by a big metal fence that makes you feel like you’re in a cage. The bathtub/shower was extremely outdated and musty and there were yellow stains on my bedding. I actually cancelled my future stay at this hotel. This is the first time I have left a review for anything. Extremely disappointing and dissatisfied. The only positive about this property was being close to the airport. But there are many other options near LAX and reasonable rates.
