"Lovely guesthouse with beautiful views and friendly staff. We had a great stay in a very comfortable, modernly decorated room. The house was old and traditional with lots of original character but updated to give a cosy, warm homely feel. We will definitely be back!!! "

"Arrived in the evening with a lovely warm welcome. Room was a really good size and beautifully furnished right down to the quality, choice and presentation of the in room tea/coffee. "So thrilled to have found this little gem. Needed an overnight stay near Monmouth, we stayed on Boxing Day evening, with our dog. Beautiful room , We ate in the bar, food first class. I imagine we will pay another visit if in the area. "

"We had an excellent stay at the Three Cocks Hotel. The hotel is very well furnished, exceptionally clean, super comfortable, and cosy. Jessica and the team were very helpful and accommodating - the breakfast was lovely. Location-wise it was perfect to get into Hay-on-Wye by car and taxi (but do book ahead of time)."

"Lots of parking, lovely dining room and food. Hot tub, swimming pool and sauna on site, which was great and a very welccome surprise. Our room was excellent, extremely warm and comfy, and with amazing views. Aa very easy walk into town for mooching round the shops and pubs etc, plus of course the castle ruins. Very happy and would happily return please. "

"A beautiful converted train wagon nestled in the Welsh countryside. Very well put together with most amenities available. Very comfy bed - small but well sized for a intimate break together.
