"In all of Vietnam, this hotel was one of the nicest that we stayed in. Great location, updated and elegant decor, and incredibly helpful staff who provided great advice and made so many arrangements for us (thank you, Jimmy!). These arrangements included an airport pickup and advice on booking tours such as Ha Long Bay and the Ha Giang loop. The rooftop bar was terrific! Top-notch: thank you, La Nueva!"

It was 11:30 am, so I was just trying to store my luggage until it was time to check-in which is at 2, but they were able to let us check-in at 11:30 am which was amazing. The room was also clean. "
