Good hotel. They let me check in early which was great. However while I was in my room a member of staff let themselves in with their key card (a handyman to apply sealant to the aircon control) which was…surprising…!

I staying in disabled room & room was very dark had to ask for another lamp. Bathroom really nice with good shower. They have a restaurant but no room service. For these reasons I wouldn’t stay again but have stayed in the apartments and they are much better.

Normally stay at the Holiday Inn. Ibis was not only cheaper but very clean & the staff were very nice. The only negative was not enough shelving in the bedroom, especially near the mirror & the bathroom mirror was small & the sink big, so couldn't do make up easily. Otherwise lovely & no issues at all.

The stay here was comfortable and enjoyable. The restaurant on the first floor had some good food as well. The only thing I wish was better would be parking; very limited and sometimes small stalls next to the huge pillars.
