"B&B Ca' Viro was a truly great find. We arrived by bus (from Sondrio train station) which dropped us right outside the front door - all for the measly sum of €2 each. Our room was wonderful and better than expected. The bathroom was very clean and the shower was excellent. "A beautiful and tranquil b&b. The hosts were so helpful and friendly. It is very hard to get to by public transport if you are hoping to explore lake como but we were picked up from the station and lent bicycles for our stay which was so helpful and made a really nice addition to our holiday (we definitely felt silly for not researching the transport enough before). I like the feeling that everything in the building was secure and strong.We had best breathtaking views ever possible over Bormio town down in the basin which is surrounded by 10.000 feet multiple snowy peaks.This residence is 1000 feet above Bormio so be prepared to drive switchbacks on a quite narrow lane in a traffic sometimes .Grocery store is few...
