"We loved our stay here. The property is very clean, and the rooms were a good size with everything you need. We loved using the sauna and jacuzzi as well! The breakfast in the morning was a nice treat, and the hotel is extremely walkable to all the best restaurants and bars in town. Highly recommend! "

"We requested Mountain View’s which were stunning and quieter than lower rooms. Spacious living and sleeping arrangement, even with our own Christmas tree. Comfortable beds and very clean. Maid service every other day. Great location tucked behind the main high street, shops and restaurants and 5/10 min walking distance to ski bus stops. Would happily return to Hotel Genepy."

"The hotel is in a fantastic location, the bar area is lovely and boot room really good and accessible if skiing. Really enjoyed it! A few minor issues Breakfast is okay, and the hotel is very very noisy if you are located near the lift (108) the walls are paper thin and can hear neighbours toilets, drawers, doors all night. Rooms are spacious but the shower and bathrooms are tiny!"

"Broke my leg during my stay (fell on the ice) and the service before my return flight was fantastic. Needed a bit more assistance due to crutches and was well taken care off by everyone working there. Since I couldn’t walk far I got to eat dinner there often. The menu is small and simple. And would have loved there to be more restaurant around the place. But I choose the hotel because it’s close to the lift. Too bad I couldn’t ski at all. "The hotel is really well placed next to Chamonix Sud bus station, to connect to Geneva airport and all the skibusses. The Spa is lovely, although another hot-tub would not go amiss. The room was quite small and not well appointed, even though we did not book the cheapest. The breakfast was wonderful overall, great choices, except for the coffee which was very poor. "
