We were not informed that the pool and hot tub were non functioning. The kids were very disappointed! We felt like we should have been giving notice in advance. It’s been malfunctioning for a while. No discount was offered in compensation.

Got pink hair dye on a single wash cloth charged me 75 dollars for that single wash cloth whe. Hot tub and pool are not working. Also asked to bring a pet and offered the extra 15 but was told i would not be able to in the room i was staying in. It was convenient for our purposes, but there was also some lady wondering around the outside checking garbage cans for used cigarette butts. Beds were comfortable and the front desk lady was nice enough but it wasnt the nicest place.

The room was very nice and everything was clean. The cost was fair but the price on Expedia seemed to have taxes and fees added twice. Also, I think I should have been told the pool was closed. We didn't end up having time, but we were planning on it. If we had brought our son, that would have been a big disappointment.

I don’t think we got a room upgrade. But we did use credits from Expedia. The lights over the sink weren’t bright enough. Breakfast was fine.
