"Downtown area, our stay was on a separate building so it was an apartment building not a hotel room. It was ok but no air conditioning. Would not recommend for summer hot days."

"Lovely older building facing directly onto Lago Maggiore with great views. Conveniently located near the station, shops, restaurants, etc., plus warm, friendly owners/staff who were really helpful."

"Good location for the Moon & Stars festival. Nicely decorated and very clean. No reception so you get an online check-in form the day before but I didn't so I had to ask for it - that was slightly intense. When checking out, you're supposed to pay city tax at the restaurant at the ground floor. In my case, the staff were so busy and I waited for at least 20 minutes to get it sorted. That was the only down side staying at this hotel. "
