"Honestly, one of the worst places I have stayed in a while. Check-in was good and staff were helpful. However, from there it deteriorated quickly. The room was dated and very basic. No grill, no toaster, coffee machine was there but there was moldy coffee left in it. Walls had been repaired in a really poor way in places and the equipment was old and not clean. "Not a great experience. They never replied to my emails asking about facilities. Confirmation and T&C's only sent to me on day of arrival. It only took 5 hours for someone to give us a key to get in. Oh and don't forget to take your own cups and glasses to make up for what's missing. It's a great shame as if some effort was made it would be a great base for a cheap getaway. "

"The apartment was comfortable, however a little dark. Close to everything, including ski rentals and the slopes. The parking is terrible, so tiny and hard to park in; even with a small car, it took us half an hour to get it parked and then to take it out. The staff was very friendly and helpful. I would stay again. "

"Horrible ! A fuir. Pas d'eau chaude. 3 coupures electriques en meme pas 3h de temps. 15 degres dans la chambre malgré le "radiateur" au mur... on nous a dépanné un radiateur d'appoint et la on a reussi a avoir 17... Bref la réception part 30 minutes avant lheure de fermeture. On appelle ca ne repond pas. Le technicien est aussi compétent que moi sur des skis... (autant dire nulle !) Bref surtout pas ici si vous avez en plus des enfants... "

The reception team and the restaurant / bar team were very helpful however in the restaurant for breakfast they sometimes could not keep up with the demand…eg set places, the orange juicers was out of oranges on numerous occasions . Amazing hotel, great staff and stunning location.

"The hotel is beautiful, very well appointed, clean, excellent facilities and the location is stunning, in a quiet rural area with magnificent views over the valley and mountains. I was on a skiing break and the location could not have been better, only 15 minutes drive from the ski slopes on good, well maintained roads. The room was spotlessly clean and the bed was very comfortable. I booked the breakfast and was not dissapointed, a great selection of delicious food. The staff were all very professional and friendly except for the girl working in the bar, all I can say is that someone from the hotel should spend a bit of time with her and teach her the basics of customer service, how to greet guests and ensure she realises that she works in a four star hotel, it is not difficult to make someone feel welcome and it is aslo just as easy to offend and let down the establishment."

Great ski location & lovely feel

"Stopped here in Jan 2025 with 2 other guys sharing a triple room on half board. Great hotel that has a relaxed and fun atmosphere about it, games in the bar (chess, pool, checkers etc) Room was very big compared to other ski hotels, obviously the usual basic room but beds and pillows were good, room was warm and shower powerful. Room was clean and tidied will towels etc every day. Food wise breakfast was a good buffet, a little cold as in could have been warmer, but good usual continental with bacon, sausages etc with fresh eggs cooked for you by a chef as you want them, good coffee and drinks selection. Dinner was again lovely, basic but filling and wholesome food that was different everyday so great to see and also fresh meats and fish cooked to how you like it from a chef on a hot plate so very impressed for the ££. Location wise it’s a very short (2-3 min) walk in ski boots and your on piste with boot room etc on the same floor as street level, so good to see. All in all great clean and friendly hotel! "
