Nothing to complain about at all. Room was great. Quiet even though we were on first floor facing the street. Bed was very comfortable. Breakfast was good selection; satisfied the appetites of my 2 20 year old sons as well as my vegetarian non-dairy diet. Centrally located. Staff helpful & friendly. I will definitely stay here again.

Very friendly and welcoming staff. Really comfortable bed and pillows. We were in the top floor and it was very quiet. Nice tasty breakfast. Central location. Would stay again.

We liked everything about this place. Super clean. Excellent breakfast. Very helpful staff. The place is very near to pubs, restaurants and shops. Everything is at a walking distance and very well serviced by public transport. We stayed there a week and we will surely go back there when we visit Liverpool.

This was a nice hotel in a pretty central location. Breakfast is included in the rate and had a decent number of options. The room was very clean and comfortable and the staff were nice. All in all a nice 2 night stay.

A lovely stay for me and my family. It was a B&B so the hotel was good for that. Wasn’t necessarily a big hotel, the rooms were a bit small for us 4 but it’s a decent size if you are solo travelling or with a partner. The breakfast was free and enjoyable. I was always looking forward for breakfast. The breakfast room I should call it was a bit small considered that this was a 7 floor hotel the breakfast hall should have been bigger as at times it was hard to find a place to sit in the morning but we managed. The location of the hotel was central and made it easy to access major attractions and Liverpool city centre by foot. Overall a good experience! I’ll come back if I’m looking for a short stay

The property is very near to the shopping center. The size of the room is descent enough and the toiletries provided is of high quality. The included breakfast is nice but need more options especially in the dessert section.
