"Consistently reliable for cost in my experience. I’ve stayed here two separate times now for just a night or two and for the cost, it’s good. Very basic; if you just need a bed to sleep on and a place to shower for a few nights, you’ll also appreciate that you can drive right up to your room so it’s easy to bring your belongings in and out quickly. "I really like staying here the guys that you check in with are super nice. The rooms are super clean. The parking lot and sidewalks has a great curb appeal very clean overall it was a great stay. This makes my third time stay in there and the next time I go back to Florida, I will stay again And the hotel prices are very good compared to some of the others."

"🌺i really love staying here! Theres no roaches which you see at alot other places, its comfy hers, its quiet, i have never had any issues the front desk staff are very nice. I had to have my remote fixed they brought me a new one immediately i enjoy the stay here every time! "

"I now know why it’s named The Beach 5 Villas. It’s just steps away from Number 5 beach access. It was so easy for us to take a quick walk to the huge, clean, quiet beach. The studio is snug but felt brand new and I’ve never rented a cleaner place! Any question I had was quickly given a reply. Such an easy and enjoyable stay. "

"This was an amazing SUPER LAST MINUTE find! It was all virtual HOWEVER, they were so attentive and communicative whenever I just had questions and even checked in on us via text to make sure my family’s stay was going well! 10/10 my family and I will be back to book again here on future stays in Jacksonville "
