"The view from our 21st floor room was fantastic. It was much quieter than anticipated for being in the center of the city. We found the room to be large and comfortable. We enjoyed being able to cook breakfast in the room which saved some money on meals. Though this is no fault of the hotel property, there was quite a lot of public drug use in the area. Recreational drugs are legal in Canada, and their use is ubiquitous. The smell of canabis is everywhere. And there were a surprising number of homeless people sleeping in tents and on the ground in the surrounding parks and even on public sidewalks. In spite of this, we never felt unsafe, though we were very aware of our surroundings at all times."

"Close to all the shows, shopping and subway lines. Lots of dining options just outside the door."

"This is a nice, clean quiet hotel with an upgraded, bright room. Rate was great. Plenty of space and big bathroom. Restaurant was perfect for breakfast. Staff were nice. It’s in a good area that’s close to everything. Would stay again."

"We were getting married in Toronto and decided to stay at the King Edward hotel along with our families. The staff was extremely nice, helpful, and really made our wedding weekend a great one. Thank you to Shaddhra who helped fix a couple of issues with our room and for being so accommodating our needs for having the rooms near each other."

"We had a great stay, the hotel is easy to get to and very convenient to where we needed to go. The restaurant options were good and food was delicious. Everyone was helpful and we had no concerns, we definitely would recommend staying and can’t wait to come back. "

"Room is small but it's ok if you only need that for sleep. The shower is nice. They let me check in earlier it was good I hope they don't charge me extra for that "
