"This was our first time in Toronto and this hotel was wonderful. Alex at the front desk was friendly and upgraded us to a premier room. The room was spacious and the only fault was there was no grab bars in the shower. I feel that these should be in every shower since even if you are young, these would be a safer option. The hotel was located near a subway station, trams and buses. Many coffee shops and restaurants near by. "

"The area was unique and the property was full of character. Perfect for shorter stays. "

"Right next to Yonge St and close to Dundas Square. Beds were comfortable and service was good. I did see the cleaners come before I checked out, but everything else was good. Parking was also convenient and easy."

"The staff upon arrival were very friendly and helpful. I drive a big pick up truck and they provided me some public parking options near by. "

"My experience was great and Alex allowed me to check in early due to my early arrival. At first, I had to wait until at least 2pm but he came over to me shortly after and notified me I could. All was clean and enjoyed my stay. The only flaw I saw in the hotel was Rafael clearing tables and at the same time cleaning and refilling sugars etc when breakfast was Ed big with the same blue gloves on with not changing at all. I found it quite disgusting as he was cleaning with a rag at the same time restocking."
