"This place is AMAZING! My stay here is phenomenal with the cleanliness, the privacy, NO OUTSIDE NOISE, the comfort of a mini split AC unit thst is perfect when arriving back into your room. The most favorable part was STEPS away from the bus station. Ideal when travelling to or from Puerto Vallarta. That is how I get around. Close enough to walk everywhere in this quaint, adorable little village of Sayulita. Highly recommend!"

"This boutique hotel is a little gem tucked into a residential area of Marina Vallarta near the golf course. It is a former condo complex turned into a boutique hotel. It has an on-site outdoor cafe that serves delicious smoothies, breakfast, lunch and drinks. They close around 4pm and they are not open for dinner. We had an issue with our room upon checking in that was quickly fixed and the staff is very kind and thoughtful. We stayed over Christmas and Jocelyn, our housekeeper, kindly left a...

"Employees were very helpful, the little upstairs coffee shop was great, and they have some good food as well. The units are nice, with good finishes and nice spaces. The neighborhood is also interesting, and has many little restaurants and shops on the streets, I will be staying here again!"

"This was our first time at the Peninsula Golf Retreat. It was an absolutely great stay. The property is maintained immaculate and very nice in many ways. The unit was a spacious 3 bedroom with ample space all around. Can't wait for our next stay at this great resort. "

"We loved the property! It was quiet, clean, luxurious and close to everything! The pool was very nice and the bed was so comfortable...I could go on! Amazing place! We will return!"

"The property, to no fault of their own, was very noisy due to construction directly across the street which meant we could not enjoy the pool. The manager was not around a lot, I had a complaint about people in the pool after midnight, they were smoking and drinking until after 1am but the manager was not around to tell. I would stay there again, but I would google map the area to see where the construction was taking place."

"I thought the service was excellent. All staff were friendly and efficient. The facilities were clean - pool area kept very clean, rooms were clean. Really loved the restaurants. We never ate at the same one twice for dinner. My favourite was Guacamole - the Mexican restaurant. The nightly entertainment - some of it was good and some was really lacking. My favourite was the circus show and the crazy show put on by the staff. Things I thought could be better: some cocktails were awful, bartenders...

"Likes: well run and managed hotel: housekeeping, concierge, service, information, maintenance, food service, bar tending, drink and food prep, entertainment, beach area services, grounds keeping and Xmas decor were outstanding. "This property is perfect for a getaway. It was our second time at the resort, and we returned because we had such a great time before. The buffet and the restaurants are great. The area is safe, and it’s an easy walk to Bucerías. The beach is a great place to walk and swim. Looking forward to returning next year. A bonus was the special area for Expedia guests which made it easy to make reservations at the restaurants and book tours. "
