"The property, to no fault of their own, was very noisy due to construction directly across the street which meant we could not enjoy the pool. The manager was not around a lot, I had a complaint about people in the pool after midnight, they were smoking and drinking until after 1am but the manager was not around to tell. I would stay there again, but I would google map the area to see where the construction was taking place."

"We had a lovely stay complicated by a day without water Not the fault of the hotel but a pretty big inconvenience considering we spent our last day on a boat and did not come home till late to NOT have a shower or toilet to come home to or wake up to on our last day was difficult !!! "The 2 bedroom apartment we stayed at for 5 days was spacious with a big kitchen, fully equipped with a microwave, oven, coffee maker, dishes. However, It is not ideal for people with disabilities as you have to take a few steps to the first floor and then walk down a street that is relatively steep. They were great with communication. "This was our first stay at the Westin AND WE WILL BE BACK! The resort is directly across the street from the Marina which offers many, many dining options. The pools are beautiful (although I hate getting up early to claim pool chairs with a towel but such is life in Mexico). The beach is small but walkable and beautiful. The room was clean with a nice partial ocean view. Restaurants on property are so-so but again there are better choices across the street at the Marina. Can't wait to go back!"
