At night walking back it became a little iffy with unfortunate homelessness and some questionable characters. The apartment itself was perfect when sharing with a co-worker. "An interesting experience. You are essentially renting a unit in an apartment building where others live full-time. Overall, the unit was in very good condition, and instructions on entering the property and accessing the room were solid. The only downsides were with the apartment complex itself and the surrounding area -- the area is full of homeless people who make venturing outside the building less than appealing at night. Additionally, the building charges a not insignificant nightly fee...
