"Spent 3 nights at this hotel and we loved it! Staffs are amazing and very friendly. Room was ready by noon. Tons of shops and restaurants around the hotel. Location is unbeatable, in the heart of everything! 15 mins walk to Time Out Market. 2 mins walk to the main shopping strip. Jazz performance every night between 7-8pm. Room is very clean and well maintained. "

"The hotel location is great and closed to metro/tram/bus. The receptionist and the staffs served for breakfast are great. The only thing is that the staffs cleaning my room either forgot to place replacement hand towels or water sometimes since I stayed for couple days. Small things here and there. Nothing major. A pleasant stay and highly recommended."

"Stayed one night here while in Lisbon. The room was pretty, clean, and within walkable distance of lots of shopping and dining options. We loved the complimentary desserts and ginja in our room when we arrived back after a night out! Only issue was that the shower water leaked out of the shower and all over the bathroom floor. Parking is available at the hotel next door (for an additional price). "

"Very nice service , and friendly staff , the hotel is very clea, and coooridiors smell very fresh and nice smell. Reception desk wrere so kind. Room Service is perfect. They do not do early ceck in, so you neeed to wait till 2.00 pm ( offical time) for check in. "

"Room and hotel are very clean and the staff very helpful. Located in a nice area beside a beautiful park and we felt safe. Walking distance to shopping and many attractions. On the flight path to the abuts Lisbon International but wasn’t a problem for one night. "
