"It is a good hotel, modern, clean, up to date, good restaurant with one annoying point, there is no bus boy service. Our large family was traveling a long distance with tons of luggage but the hotel had no bus boy service to bring our bags to our rooms, or to bring them back downstairs. Upon arrival they told me that the hotel had no bus boy service. For a four star hotel this is entirely unacceptable! "
