"I stayed in Ibis since July 2023m this is our 4th times stayed with Ibis Sheung Wan. I was not happy with the refrigerator in my room. I complaint many times, finally the hotel exchanges a working one for this stay after checked in after 3 days. Reception department told us this situation was reflected but this was out of their control with the upper management's decision. New refrigerators are order but on definite date of delivery for the new fridge. "

Hotel is clean and convenient most important the hotel is big, super near metro station (Mong Kok East station) cut thru the mall and 10-15 mins walk to Mong Kok station. Nice food everywhere. Will book the hotel again! Cut thru the mall to morning market/nightmarket! Highly recommended. Kids friendly too!"

"This is a beautiful resort and the room was spacious enough for a family of 4. The shuttle service to Disneyland and MTR was very convenient. Food is very expensive ($60 AUD for a Margherita pizza) and there’s no convenience stores nearby. I recommend taking the MTR to Tung Chung for reasonably priced dining options. Overall we throughly enjoyed our stay. "
