"Our flight was cancelled and we could not rebook for another two days. This was an excellent stay and a great place to be stranded. Lovely breakfast and close to the beach. I was charmed by the old hacienda feel of the building. There are only five rooms, so it felt very uncrowded. "

Everyone here was great but the pool staff of David, Eloy, Elvis, and Alfredo are beyond exceptional and the main reason we want to go back. "Electricity went off during the evening, staff member (lady) kept misleading guests telling us that maintenance was “on it “ and will restore power in just “a few minutes “ other staff said there was a bigger issue with the city, We could have understood the situation it she could just tell the truth but she became rude and unpleasant when people became anxious. The Power out lasted close to 2 hrs. No big deal except for the stuff member lying and misleading about the situation."

"This hotel Sara suites have so much mild in bathroom area smells bad, room have mold everywhere the place is birty ,sink DIDNT work shower head DIDNT work has mild walls , pool area dirty floors tables outside,floors this place I don’t recommend it ! I ask to speak with manager or owner the reception told me to write a letter but no money back so I check out I left the hotel because is NOT GOOD THIS HOTEL IN THE PICTURES LOOK DIFFERENT BUT WHEN YOU GET THERE IS BAD AND NO PARKING EITHER. Don’t Wasted your money! "
