"Pleasant hotel in two parts - accommodation in second part which meant going outside to get breakfast etc. Room big with balcony, although road right outside it was not noisy. No air-con though. Breakfast good choice, cooked if you wanted it and meals in the hotel good too. Service a bit slow."

"Started out rough! As guests to this hotel, they did not allow us to make reservations at their restaurant because they were overbooked. They say that they have enough room to support their guests but they do not so we did not eat there. Had to go to the REWE to get food because there are no restaurants around this Hotel! "The atmosphere of the hotel was beautiful, staff are so welcoming and friendly. They were knowledgeable and helpful in offering us suggestions of sites to see and places to eat. They had umbrellas, hair dryer, iron and ironing board which one needs on holiday. Having a mini fridge in the room was great so we could have additional drinks we could keep cold. I would highly recommend this hotel to anyone staying in Frankenthal."

"Gutes Hotel, aufmerksames Personal. Gratis Parken vor dem Hotel (limitiert) oder für €10 in der Tiefgarage Völlig angemessene Unterkunft mit guter Anbindung. Einziges Manko war die wohl defekte Steuerung der Heizung. Auch auf Stufe 1 lief die Heizung so stark, das man nachts zeitweise das Fenster öffnen musste, da viel zu warm. "The hotel was very basic as expected. On the plus side it was conveniently located for our purpose, the bed was comfortable and it was quiet. They offered no breakfast but the bakery next door had a very nice and reasonably priced breakfast However, there was very little space to move around, no bedside table on one side of the bed (despite there being room for one), nowhere to hang coats or wet towels in the room and no 'no disturb' signs to hang on the door.
