I didnā€™t expect much for a overnight airport stop, but couldnā€™t have imagined this. Absolutely horrible. Dirty bathroom with hair in the shower. Donā€™t believe the 24 hour airport shuttle. Just some guy in a Kia sleeping in the lobby. And it wasnā€™t free as advertised. Phone number posted in Expedia was wrong. Couldnā€™t get out of there fast enough. Really disappointed in Expedia. Feel misled.

Check-in was easy and efficient, although English is very limited. Our room was clean and spacious, comfortable bed, small pillows. The breakfast was limited to slices of ham and cheese, instant coffee, rolls and juice. The desk staff tried to be helpful, but limited English and knowledge interfered.

Nice hotel.
The rooms were extremely spacious and comfortable with a clean bathroom which was in a good condition. The breakfast was just sliced bread and jam with coffee or tea. It was a bit of a walk to the Plaza Mayor but there are lots of buses.

Worst Place in Peru, So Far
Hotel Swan is pretty awful. If you don't care about towels, customer service, or breakfast, then this is your place. Our first night, the lady at the desk refused to provide a towel for our room. This was after she moved us from room to room a few times. Then came the amazing "Free Full Breakfast," which seriously needs to be removed from the advertisement. I picked Swan because I wanted all the hotels to have breakfast, but their idea of a full breakfast is literally just white bread and some juice or coffee. I complained and asked where the full breakfast was, and I was informed that the butter and jam filled out my full breakfast experience. Needless to say, I had to purchase breakfast outside every day. The staff was very rude almost all of the time. I highly recommend avoiding this place.
