"There are actually so many nice things to say about this place. The host is super kind and always available. The place is beautifully decorated with everything you might need even an iron hair dryer. I am very sensitive to scented items and there are no harsh chemicals or scents. "We were greated right away by 2 friendly ladies at the desk. Check-in was easy and we were given given free bottles of water. The room was wonderful with a veiw of palm trees and the pool. The kitchen had plenty of dishes, pans, and the refrigerator was larger than expected with ice trays in the freezer so we could make our own ice. "This property was super clean. Staff was helpful, efficient and nice. Some very personable. 4.5 stars for staff because one young bartender wasn’t the best - seemed like she didn’t quite know how to do what she was doing? A big contrast for the gentleman the night before. Maybe she was just over her head in a new position. I enjoyed sitting outside in the comfy chairs very much - they even allowed us to enjoy our breakfast out there. Thank you!"

"The hotel decor is wonderful, war and inviting. The staff was always right there and helpful. One of the best breakfast offerings I have ever seen. Totally enjoyed breakfast and coffee before heading out for the day. The only thing that was a little inconvenient was the parking, I felt it was a little bit of walk. But I do think they are working on getting closer parking. I would encourage anyone goig to the Orlando area to check out this hotel."

"I absolutely love this property. I have now stayed 3 times here and wouldn’t change it for the world. The king size room is amazing. The suites are like an apt which feels like home. When you step into the hotel you feel like you are in a whole different world somewhere in Europe. They have happy hour from 5-7pm which is great bc they give you 2 complimentary drinks per person and the snacks for you to enjoy. The Omaha Steak house is also there for your enjoyment and the prices are very reasonable and the food is great. This past Saturday, I was there with my sister and godson we enjoyed happy hour drinking some Shirley Temples and having nuts and pretzels right in the hotel open area amongst great music. The staff are absolutely a delight to interact and oh they also have complimentary breakfast which is great. Will not be disappointed if you book plus Cranes Roost is beautiful for you to take a stroll and have restaurants and shops to eat walking distance. "
