"Francesco and Melissa were great hosts in this stunning house. They gave us loads of information on where to go during the days and where to eat in the evenings (excellent restaurant every time). The breakfast was nice and beautifully prepared, like everything else they did (attention to detail was perfect). The room was unbelievable for the price, a huge bedroom, a bathroom bigger than my living room and a massive outside area on the roof with an outdoor shower, which we loved."

"Don't worry about the road condition (a bit pot holed and worn) or the slightly difficult to find hotel entrance, the stay was great. The room was large and immaculately clean. "Nice place, good airco, in the old town close to restaurants etc. Breakfast was sad (pre-packed toast, butter and jam). The city of Taranto is not very nice, a lot of boarded up homes, streets at dirt etc. There is not much to do. I thought the price of the room was high considering that city."

"There are a couple of areas where this property falls short. Firstly it advertises parking but there is no parking, you are taking your chances on a very busy downtown street. You get charged another 10 euro a day if you dare to use the air conditioning and it must be in cash. Half a small pottle of yogurt each for breakfast is a touch inadequate. However the rooms are clean, tiny but clean. "

"They wrote at the last second to say that something was wrong with the perperty and that they booked us a room at the b&b Room 22. What was I going to say? I was already on the way. Then at Room 22, there was only one little window that face a courtyard and the shower was so small you couldn’t even turn around. The room itself was clean and the toilet worked if you tapped on it feom time to time. Overall, not what I was expecting or paid for."
