"The staff was friendly and very helpful! They arranged airport transportation and transportation to our cruise ship and it worked very well. The room was satisfactory. Some of our friends were on the 4th floor and no one realized the elevator didn’t go that high. So be aware of that. Hot water also didn’t last long. They have a really nice patio out back but it only had two barstools. They could have a really nice sitting area for guests. The hotel is in a great location. Close to Trevi...

"The property was perfect for 4 people with a double bed and 2 single beds. The room was clean and air conditioning was strong. It was a quiet neighborhood away from the crowds at Roma Terminal. We had 2 large luggage so the walk from Roma Terminal to the hotel was not as easy as I imagined it especially in the heat. Recommend to catch a taxi if there is a family of 4 with large luggage. Overall, it was a great stay."
