There were dishes, silverware, cups and glassware. But NO pots or pans. I have food allergies special dietary needs, so I brought my own bkfast foods to prepare in the morning. "Place was in a pretty good location and walkable to most of downtown Philly. The room was in good condition and comfortable, a good size, and I liked the beds. The only problem was that it is extremely loud staying here. It’s right on the main road in Philly so there is lots of traffic, a subway that seemingly goes by every 5 minutes all day and most of the night right under the building, and a fire station right next door. "The area was nice, but i will say parking is terrible in that area. There’s a garage nearby that says it’s 24 hours but it isn’t… we drove around for ages to find parking when we got in around 1am so that was lame but the property itself was awesome. We love using Sonder and do it every chance we can find one. Check in is easy with the app and using the phone as a key is convenient too. It’s basically just an apartment you can stay in, so i really enjoy it"

"The apartment was beautiful and within easy walking distance of everything. The view was spectacular. The terrace would be lovely when the weather is warmer. I am already planning another trip. There are only 2 things to be aware of: 1) unloading luggage is challenging, there isn't really a good place to park 2) be aware that the main bed is a double and not a queen."

"only reason this is lower is because i was a single female traveler. parking at night more then 3 blocks from the hotel is not safe for single females in philly. Also had issues with the only parking garage and parking spot hero trying (this is not the fault of expedia or the hotel!) just makes it frustrating trying to find parking not limited to 1hr on the street"

"Stay was excellent. Condition of the apartment was super nice with the only exception that there is very limited parking space. The space in front is limited to only 2 hours of parking. The only way you could park is to walk about 5 minutes down the block. Overall besides the parking issues, the place was nice and clean! "

"This is a mixed review. On the whole,we were content. The property met our basi needs, checkin and check-out were easy. The loft was spacious and the unit has the basic unit amenities. There is also a large club space with a pool table and ping pong, and a well appointed gym. On the other hand, while the building annoints itself as a luxury complex, our unit was rather ordinary. Furniture is older and on the cheap side, the shower pressure in the upper bathroom was weak, the exhaust vents...

"It was a clean and spacious hotel room. The bed was comfy. It was extremely cold in Philly that weekend, 7 degrees faranheit that felt like in the negatives. And I was so grateful that our room was always warm, being able to change the thermostat to your liking was great. We loved being in walking distance from all the historical sights and right next to the Reading Terminal Market, we got food and beer from there so many times. I also loved that we were close to Love Park and Chinatown! Such an amazing place to stay."

Super great but be on top of valet timing

"Wonderful experience. Front desk was friendly and helpful, Samir at the bar was our main man and his nails were fireeeee, and the room was clean and housekeeping was super friendly also. Only issue we had was valet was called and then after 20+ mins they texted saying there was no valet to get our car out - hostage situation. At that point we were already very late to our reso but talked to the guy standing near valet and they quickly got the car. Our friends were there for the reso on time so it was no biggie for us this time around. Other than that, everything was amazing .. will return. Thanks to you all!"
