"The staff looks and acts tense. The restaurant service is terrible slow and uncoordinated. The cart drivers have no consideration for pedestrians. You have to make sure not to be run over by them. "

"The property was well laid out. I enjoyed the walk-out beach access that my room offered. My only negatives would be the food at the restaurant and the lack of parking. I ordered a NY strip and shrimp plate. The demi glaze sauce was TOO salty and made the steak inedible and the shrimp were charbroiled to a blackened state for a dish that was not blackened. To improve customer service, I would recommend daily housekeeping service rather than the COVID schedule that many facilities have adopted....
