The hotel manager Julie had offered her sincere help for our logistics to hotel and even we arrived late at hotel, the restaurant manager was provided us a warm welcome with delicious dishes after our long hours drive. "I found this property to be lovely spot to stay with lovely design and very convenient. The food was okay, not great for the cost with breakfast buffet being mostly cold (as in eggs, bacon, pancakes). To be honest I found most of the staff to be unfriendly bordering on almost rude, it was always as though you were an unwelcomed inconvenience."

"Overall the hotel was average. There were a few things that i really didnt like: Every mug was chipped in multiple places, I didn't find one that was completely in tact. We had 3 people in our room but only given 2 room keys. When I asked for an extra key, I was told that I had to pay €10 for it! My husband then went to ask for an extra key and the price was then €5! "I have traveled to the Les Arcs area many times, but I have never had such a terrible experience. The hotel room was absolutely terrible: dirty, moldy, and not at all suitable for families. The guest bathroom and bedroom probably haven't been cleaned in decades. The furniture appears to be original, and the bedding is stinky. "Cozy hotel in the small town of Landry. Close to the slopes but you'll need to take the shuttle or train to Paisey or Bourg St Maurice. Very good restaurant downstairs so you don't have to leave for dinner after a long ski day. The foie gras was fantastic. The only thing keeping it from being 5 stars is no one is there to help you with the bags if you decided to try and travel without a car. "

"make it way shorter and more informal We had an amazing stay at Victoria Lodge Hotel! The staff were incredible—our bags didn’t arrive for three days, and they went above and beyond to help us sort it out. They also helped us book all our ski activities and transportation, which made everything so easy. The location is perfect, the rooms are super comfy, and the price was great. Highly recommend! "

"We were given an apartment on the ground floor next to the lift and the entrance the to property. The spa facilities were extremely smelly and unusable, nor did they work on several days. We've stayed in several PV Premier properties over many years and this is definitely not the same standard, even though it was more expensive. We weren't happy with this at all and wouldn't be staying here again! The lady we spoke to on Reception also said that we would get less because we had booked with Expedia, which is appalling. "
