"Trying to check into the property was difficult. No one was on site to help and calling for assistance was not successful. Other than that, the experience was amazing!! Room was clean abd spacious. Having an apartment with a kitchen and the laundry room were a plus. Would stay again and suggest to friends."

"The reception was friendly The apartment was old and doors were makings noise. The bed was old and uncomfortable. The sauna was working and nice The neighborhood is recognized as one of the most dangerous neighborhoods. We tried to be back before dark It is more than 3 stop from the city center so you need to pay more for the public transit "

"There were no lifts so it was difficult to get luggage up the stairs"

"Property is centrally located. The apartment is shockingly small. Smaller than the pictures show. There was no iron in the room and we could only get one between 11:00-15:00 the next day. The whole bathroom floods with a shower, the towels are not enough to keep it dry. Because there is no reception, you don’t have the option of late check out or storing your luggage, should you have a late flight."

"The place was great. Clean studio apt with sleeping accommodations for four and even a small kitchen and dining table. Good location, about a three minute walk to public transportation station. I stayed at this property with my wife and our two teens. Customer service was great. "Die Unterkunft ist im Gesamtpaket eine 7/10 Fernsehen gehen nur die öffentlichen Sender! Für den Preis nicht akzeptabel. 4/10 ( man muss sich Joyn oder ähnliches Ansehen, aber RTL oder so ist nicht möglich, das wurde mir am Telefon sehr stolz mitgeteilt) Sauber ist es! allerdings wurde bei mir eine Socke vom Gast zuvor vergessen, in der Dusche waren noch Haare. "This is a nice hotel. I really appreciated that the swimming pool is open 24/7, but I was disappointed to find that the sauna is only available until 10 PM. Additionally, the swimming pool water was a bit cold. Our room was spacious, which was lovely. It was also very clean, and I really liked that. The receptionists and staff were extremely nice and polite, making our stay even more pleasant. "

"It was exceptionally good value for money given the prime location. The staff were very accommodating and there were some lovely little touches like, complimentary gluwein, fruit, christmas chocolates, a free mini bar and a seemless very late check in. The shower was superb with good temperature control and pressure. The breakfast was delicious with a superb variety of hot dishes. They were also very flexible and would happily provide you with whatever you requested. Our stay was so good we have looked into staying in other hotels of the same chain. "

Perfect industrial modern Christmas Market getaway

"Absolutely perfect for my family (2 adults, 2 kids) for our 2-night stay in December. We loved the location (short walk from Leipzig Hbf), on an S-Bahn stop (Augustus-Platz), across the street from the best Christmas Market in Germany (in my biased opinion!). Kids loved the bunk beds in their own mini-room; we loved our separate bed across the living room. Beds were incredibly comfortable—kids slept in until 10am one morning!! (They usually rise at 6am). The hotel has a fun, industrial modern vibe. Everything was clean and in excellent repair. "

"Right next to the Hauptbahnhof and close to shops and restaurants, breakfast was also included in our stay. Despite being next to the station it was quiet and we were not disturbed. The room was spotless and cleaned daily. Reception was helpful and check in and out efficient as you would expect. Breakfast had options for any diet, I’m vegan and had no problems. Best to avoid the dining room between 8.30 and 10 at weekends, It’s super busy. The hotel is in close proximity to the markets as well which is why we were in Leipzig. Would absolutely stay here again. "
