"This place was everything I needed, a place to shower, a place to sleep and it’s centrally located. It wasn’t the most extravagant place I’ve ever stayed but it’s exactly what I expected for what I paid."

"Grey Door Apartments did a great job throughout the entire time. I even lost the key swimming in the ocean, they quickly drove to the beach to give me a new key. Classy professional owners. They have all the answers to anything Aruba. Grey door even provides you with an amazing summary of all the activities available to you in a binder. I cannot think of anything more they could have done as hosts. Highly recommend staying at Grey Door."

"The place is not luxurious but is comfortable, simple, and clean. It has a nice kitchen with utensils and a full size refrigerator. The people working there were all very nice. I went on business and It was what I needed. I would stay there again."

"The check-in process was cumbersome, requiring me to complete an online form only to repeat the same information on paper upon arrival. Despite arriving within the designated check-in window, I had to coordinate my arrival time multiple times. The host was constantly present on the property, which made me feel uncomfortable using the facilities. The listing was misleading, as photos of two separate properties were mixed together. "The resort itself is very beautiful and the location is great, but it is an eco resort. So there is no blow dryer, no handsoap in the bathroom or kitchen, no hair conditioner, and ac only in the bedroom. The property is beautiful but come prepared."

"Beautiful location, great parking, right across the street from the water, great sunsets. Will need a car (though the bus does travel in front of the property). It's an older property but clean, private, small and intimate (only 2 at the pool). Hope it is always there! "

"The hotel grounds are well-maintained and our suite was in great condition, offering all necessary amenities. The culinary team exceeded our expectations. The variety and quality of food and beverage at the restaurants and main buffet, was simply exquisite! Holiday Inn Resort Aruba - Beach Resort & Casino, an IHG Hotel

"We loved the location and the room. We stayed in the Sunset Suite and the room was amazing! All the staff were very friendly and accommodating. The only negative thing was that we checked in a little bit after 3:00 pm and they did not allow us to go to the room until 4:00 pm, regular check-in time, so, we had to wait at the lobby for almost an hour. "

"We had a very nice stay. We had great rooms with an ocean view, and the beach really cannot be beat. It’s just steps from your room, and the water and sand are beautiful. We took long walks down the beach; it’s hotel after hotel, and all feels very safe. It’s a large place so it’s not a remote tropical paradise if you’re looking for that vibe, but for a big hotel in a commercial area right on the beach, it was great. "
