"I stayed in the mother poulard room and it was fantastic, clean, comfortable and looked like it just been remodeled ! The view from the room was great too ! Staying on the island is definitely the way to do it it’s like you have the whole place to yourself after all the day tourist leave! The staff was extremely helpful! And there is all kinds of dining and shopping options right down the stairs! Which if you have any mobility issues , this is not the place for you though !"

"The one thing you have to keep in mind is that the receptionist is at a different location. It seems that one place owns a few in town. The stay was perfect as well as customer service, breakfast and convenience "

"We were a few lads returning to Guernsey and just needed a hotel for one night before early ferry next day. I would have loved to have stayed longer and taken advantage of the pool and gym. Lovely comfortable bed and great shower. I do miss my kettle in the room but you can get free tea/coffee at reception. Once they realised that we were checking out so early the receptionist arranged for breakfast to be available. Secure car park, short walk to bus stop for the old town. "
