"Rooms were clean, service was good, location was close to both Metro and shopping/restaurants. Our only complaint would be due to the age of the building it was not very private/quiet. We could hear our neighbours and people in the hall, and with older wooden floors, unfortunately our downstairs neighbours complained about our child running around in the room in the late afternoon."

"Fantastic location. Friendly staff. Unfortunate noise from city work outside and we had no water for 1/2 day, but they gave us notice and provided bottled water. A great base to explore the Plateau and Place des Artes area."

"The hotel is conveniently located close to downtown Montreal with alot of amenities like IGA in the same building as the hotel. Not much to complain about as the check in, the cleanliness of the room, parking, and checkout is straight forward. I will consider going back to this hotel when I visit Montreal again."

"Basement area very cool (but never pointed out by staff). Rooms large and ok. Clean but dated. Beds are hard. Excellent location. Not much directly around hotel, mostly closed down shops, but in a great location overall and only a few blocks from key areas or Metro. Parking ok to drive into but a pain to get back into to get car."

"The location is very convenient and the check-in | check-out were very fast. The only thing we didn't like was an employee at the breakfast on Saturday morning, she was the only female and her name was Frida or Pia. Maybe she was going through a lot or having a bad day but her behavior was extremely unfriendly. We asked her a couple of questions regarding some breakfast items and she was very rude. "O hotel tem uma localização excelente que só por isso já o faz valer muito a pena! Quarto limpo e confortável, banheiro bem espaçoso e a equipe foi solícita. O café da manhã é bem simples, pães, geleias, cereal, suco e café. Vale ressaltar que o hotel tem muitas escadas e não tem elevador nem rampa, tanto para entrar no hotel quanto para subir para os outros andares do prédio. O hotel é muito bom e recomendo. "
