"We loved this hotel, lovely rooms with a nice view of the town. The beds were comfy and a good choice of pillows. We would recommend staying here, and would suggest paying for breakfast as part of the booking, also checkout the roof terrace with fantastic views. All the staff were helpful and cheerful. "

"We were very happy with our choice of hotel, both in terms of proximity to the city centre’s attractions as well as the Playa las Canteras, and for its standard of accommodation & service. Our room was spacious with an excellent shower, plenty of wardrobe space & a large, comfortable bed. All the staff were friendly & professional; we particularly loved the 12th floor rooftop bar- wonderful panoramic views & two attractive areas to sit. "

"The public spaces were lovely and the staff friendly, efficient and helpful. Breakfast had plenty of choice and the quality was good. Served on a pretty terrace made for an enjoyable experience. The bedroom and bathroom were extremely attractive but lighting was a little confusing and the room was a tad on the dark side. Our balcony which was supposed to have garden views looked out onto other bedrooms opposite and they were very close. Because of this there was very little sun or privacy."

"NH Hotels are usually very friendly and practical. I will be back to Imperial. Thank you to the staff. But at the breakfast, the staff is very noisy. They clean and take things very loudly. When the pile the plates and glasses and they talk loudly. But overall I enjoyed my stay. "

"Really great location. Right in the middle of the promenade. Lots of shops and restaurants/bakeries/coffee shops. You can walk for 5k either direction. Very clean and large apartment- we had sea view. Very well equipped. Toiletries provuded daily. Small kitchen area with everything that you need. Smart Tv. Definitely recommend. "Worst checking I ever experienced. The security man was doing it and he wasn't speaking any English. He was so overwhelmed by the situation that he was using two phones at the same time talking with different people. I ve also noticed the man is doing some cleanup around the pool, wouldn't be suprised if he had some other tasks, so if anything give that man a raise at least! Some of the guests people."
