"What a beautiful hotel, our room (12) was lovely, with a huge bed (bigger than a king), fresh decor, and a brand new bathroom. The view from the small roof terrace is also one worth taking in, with the old city laid out right before your eyes. The location of the Hotel du Pont Vieux is excellent, on a pretty street, lined with cafes and restaurants, that is right in between the medieval city and The Bastide St-Louis. "Nice quant hotel within an easy walk to walled medieval city that offers many dining options as does the area outside of the walled city. Hotel staff is friendly and helpful. It's clean and well maintained with a nice indoor and outside eating area. Rooms were on the smaller side which is typical for older properties in Europe. Definitely would stay here again."

"When we arrived at the hotel it had closed down four weeks previously. A notice on the door informed us to which hotel we had been transferred. This was difficult to access as the hotel next to The Chevalier( our new destination) was still under construction. There was no drop off point for luggage and my husband had to carry all bags from a car park about 7 minutes walk away. We were greeted by black billowing smoke.
