"Nice hotel in a great location next to a shopping mall so lots of choice for dining. Staff were friendly and very helpful. The suite was very nice. My only suggestion having stayed at lots of similar places is that there were a few simples things missing in the room that would have helped. No moisturising cream in the bathroom which is generally normal. There was no writing paper and pen/pencil in the room. Also there was a kitchen but no cloth or scourer to clean anything. "nice apartment with a good view and easy access down the mall. Room quite spacious compare to similar apartments, cozy, phone signal reception still good, kitchenware also clean and pretty new. This was managed by Travelio so we redirected with the checkin proses with them. The only downside is there is no hot water. Overall is very good and will recommend to stay again next time."

"Call reception, call them many time but no answer only responded via sms. She cant speak English it hard to understand. No proper instructuon on check in and usage. ALL electrical circuit breakers were turn OFF. Luckily I am an electrical guy that dare to turn ON by myself. Room condition is worst l, lack of maintenance, so run down to call luxury apartment, kitchenette and pantryi items conditions are unusable, no gas, no electrical connection, water kettle so dirty, not usable even to boil...

"Very posh and well equipped hotel located in one of the best spot in west Surabaya. Which unfortunately is also it's downside. Avoid staying here when there are known large events happening. Combined with the nightmare that is the nearby freeway exit, we had been stuck waiting for our turn at the elevator for 15-20mins, despite their staff best effort to coordinate it in real time with radios. Waiting for your valet to return can also take up to 30mins during some of these events. "
