"Abbiamo preso un mini appartamento, siamo stati molto bene, la cucina è organizzata bene, mi sarebbe piaciuto trovare nell' appartamento anche la TV, inoltre non c'era asciugacapelli che però ci hanno subito prestato alla reception. "Very detailed checkin instructions over email. On day of arrival, the hotel also left a letter at the front door as how to get access into the hotel. They also provide a free map with highlighted routes from hotel to the main square in Siena via walking (about 15 minutes). Highly recommended for family stay in Siena."

Nel sito Web dell’hotel si dichiara che l’hotel è a 20 minuti dal centro storico, ma di fatto si trova a 40 minuti come gentilmente rettificato dal personale dell’hotel. Colazione a pagamento dí qualità medio bassa. Riscaldamento troppo alto nelle stanze e non regolabile "
